| Název | Frequently Asked Questions about the Herbal Blend |
| Questions | Answer: The blend contains nettle leaves, which are traditionally associated with water excretion from the body. Dandelion is traditionally associated with normal urinary system function. However, it's essentially a tea blend prepared as an infusion from one teaspoon.; Question: Which herbs in the blend are associated with water excretion from the body?; Answer: Do not include the blend during pregnancy or breastfeeding without the recommendation of a qualified professional, as it contains multiple plants including common thyme, raspberry leaf, lemon balm, and dandelion. What herbs to avoid during pregnancy depends on your specific situation.; Question: Can I drink this herbal blend during pregnancy or breastfeeding?; Answer: Yes, you can prepare it in the evening if you like the taste of herbal infusions. Don't expect effects based on the names of the individual plants; consider it a warm drink made from lemon balm, common thyme, leaves, flowers, and dandelion, prepared by steeping for 10 minutes.; Question: Is this blend suitable for evening drinking?; Answer: The blend is primarily intended for making infusions, not as a kitchen spice. If you're making herbal butter, it's better to use fresh or dried culinary herbs according to a recipe.; Question: Can I use the blend in food, like in butter?; Answer: A teapot with a strainer is practical for loose blends, as the herbs have space to steep and the infusion can be easily separated from the plant matter. A separate strainer is also sufficient. In either case, steep for 10 minutes and pour with boiling water.; Question: What kind of equipment is best for brewing the blend so the loose herbs steep well? |
