NázevFrequently Asked Questions about Maca Powder
QuestionsAnswer: This package contains yellow maca, not a blend with a predominance of red or black varieties. The term 'black maca' refers to black maca, while the composition here states 100% BIO yellow gelatinized maca (Lepidium meyenii) from Peru. The choice is mainly guided by the desired raw material and powdered form.; Question: What color is this maca - yellow, red, or black?; Answer: Powdered form is suitable when you want to mix the dose into drinks or food and adjust it spoonful by spoonful. This dietary supplement is 100% BIO yellow gelatinized maca; it is not a maca extract or maca tablets. If you are choosing maca powder, here you get maca powder with a nutty-caramel flavor.; Question: Who might prefer maca powder over capsules?; Answer: The taste of maca resembles nuts and caramel, so it is suitable for sweet blends as well as some savory dishes. It is practical to mix a spoonful in coffee, cocoa with cinnamon and vanilla, smoothie, protein shake or breakfast porridge. You can add a few spoonfuls to pancakes according to taste.; Question: What does maca taste like and what's a good way to prepare it?; Answer: Mixing together in 200 ml of water is fine; there is no known mutual interference between maca, myo-inositol, and vitamin C during normal use. We only recommend mixing well, as the powder has a fuller structure and a more pronounced taste. If plain water doesn't suit you, use a smoothie or shake.; Question: Can you mix maca with water, inositol, and vitamin C?; Answer: Peruvian maca root is traditionally associated with endurance and vitality. This product uses yellow BIO maca from Peru in a gelatinized powdered form, so you can easily incorporate it into food or drinks. If you use it long-term, stick to gradual dosing spoonful by spoonful.; Question: Why is maca associated with endurance and vitality?
